What are the shipping fees?
For the best shopping experience, Ronce d’Ida offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
We prepare packages from Monday to Sunday. Your order will be ready within a maximum of 24 hours. Any order placed before 11:00 PM is shipped the same day. Delivery times depend on our shipping partner: SA Post Office.
How do I choose the right size?
Choose your usual size. If it doesn’t fit, you can return the item free of charge and exchange it for another size. We cover the return shipping costs.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cards (Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard, Carte Bleue) and PayPal.
How can I pay in installments?
For PayPal users, the “Pay in 4” option is available for purchases between €30 and €2,000. Simply select this payment method at checkout from your PayPal account.
Is online payment 100% secure?
All card transactions are encrypted using the SSL/TLS protocol and securely transmitted to the bank’s servers. Your banking information never passes through our website. We also use the “3D Secure” protocol to protect card payments and prevent fraud.
How can I modify or cancel an order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact our customer service as soon as possible to modify or cancel it.
In case of cancellation, the full order amount will be refunded.
If the order has already been shipped, you can return any unsuitable items free of charge within 60 days after delivery.
How can I return one or more items?
You can return items free of charge within 60 days. Simply complete the return form. You may also contact us directly and we will handle the process for you.
Once the returned items are received, the payment will automatically be refunded to the original payment method.
What should I do if an item is missing or damaged?
If your order does not meet your expectations, contact us immediately. We will help you arrange a simple and free return.
I haven’t received my order, what should I do?
You can track the status of your order using the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
If you are unable to find the information, contact our customer service team and we will investigate the issue.
Which discount codes are currently active?
RIGHT NOW! In addition to current promotions, get an extra 10% off on carts containing 2 or more items.
No code is needed, the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
