Shipping

Ronce d’Ida offers free shipping. Estimated delivery time is between 3 and 12 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is placed, it is processed within 1 to 2 business days and then shipped through our partner carriers. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections or unexpected delays. We do everything possible to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Returns

Ronce d’Ida offers a free 60-day return policy from the date your order is received.

Returned items must be new, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase or the invoice must also be provided.

To make a return, please contact us. Once confirmed, we will send you a return label and shipping instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you notice any defect, damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away. We will assess the issue and help resolve it.

We do not accept returns on clearance items, promotional products, or items purchased with a gift card. The use of discount codes may void your return eligibility.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and, once the return has been confirmed, place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
